Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026

By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing Florida Wave Wash to perform work on your property, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Estimates

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. If additional work, staining, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during service, Florida Wave Wash will discuss any recommended changes before proceeding.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide access to an exterior water source unless otherwise arranged.

  • Close all windows and doors before service.

  • Secure pets inside the home.

  • Remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and fragile items from the work area whenever possible.

  • Inform Florida Wave Wash of any damaged surfaces, loose siding, leaking windows, sensitive plants, or other conditions that may affect the cleaning process.

Cleaning Methods

Florida Wave Wash utilizes professional cleaning methods, including pressure washing, soft washing, sodium hypochlorite (bleach), surfactants, detergents, degreasers, rust removers, and specialty cleaning products appropriate for each surface.

While every effort is made to protect your property, some cleaning products may affect delicate materials or vegetation despite following industry best practices.

Landscaping Protection

Florida Wave Wash will pre-wet and post-rinse surrounding landscaping whenever bleach-based cleaners are used.

We are not responsible for damage to unhealthy, diseased, drought-stressed, newly planted, or otherwise sensitive vegetation.

Pools & Water Features

Every reasonable effort will be made to minimize overspray and runoff into pools, spas, fountains, ponds, and screened pool enclosures.

Minor amounts of sodium hypochlorite may enter pool water during normal cleaning. Customers are responsible for testing and balancing pool chemistry after service if desired.

Rust Removal

Rust removal utilizes stronger acidic cleaning products than standard soft washing.

Results vary depending on the source, age, and severity of staining. Complete rust removal cannot be guaranteed.

Surface Discoloration

Certain specialty cleaning products, including rust removers and oxidation removers, may react differently depending on the age, composition, finish, or condition of the surface being treated. These products may reveal pre-existing discoloration or, in some cases, cause lightening, fading, or color variation, particularly on painted surfaces, vinyl siding, stucco, concrete, pavers, and other porous or weathered materials. Florida Wave Wash will use commercially reasonable care and may perform a test spot when practical; however, Florida Wave Wash cannot guarantee against discoloration or color variation resulting from the cleaning process or the condition of the surface itself.

Pavers

Cleaning unsealed pavers may remove some joint sand.

Re-sanding and sealing are separate services unless specifically included in your estimate.

Screen Enclosures (Pool Cages & Lanais)

Screen enclosures are cleaned using methods designed to minimize the risk of damage. Due to age, weather exposure, previous repairs, and material deterioration, Florida Wave Wash cannot guarantee against damage to brittle screen mesh, loose spline, weakened fasteners, corroded aluminum, faded finishes, or existing structural defects. Some cleaning solution may enter the pool during the normal cleaning of screened enclosures, and customers are responsible for monitoring and balancing pool chemistry after service if desired.

Roof Cleaning

Florida Wave Wash uses lower-pressure washing methods whenever appropriate to safely clean roofing materials. While every effort is made to protect your roof, cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage, loose or cracked tiles, deteriorated mortar, worn sealants, aging shingles, or previous repairs that were not visible prior to cleaning. Florida Wave Wash is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, improper installation, manufacturing defects, or pre-existing roof conditions.

Stain Removal

While Florida Wave Wash uses professional equipment and cleaning solutions, complete removal of oil, grease, rust, battery acid, fertilizer stains, paint, efflorescence, oxidation, and other deep-set stains cannot be guaranteed.

Existing Conditions

Cleaning may reveal existing issues that were previously hidden by dirt, algae, mold, mildew, or oxidation.

Florida Wave Wash is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Loose paint

  • Oxidation

  • Cracked concrete

  • Loose mortar

  • Damaged caulking

  • Failed window seals

  • Loose siding

  • Weathered wood

  • Existing leaks

  • Brittle screens

  • Roof defects

  • Differences in color, fading, oxidation, weathering, sun exposure, or previous repairs may become more noticeable after cleaning and are considered pre-existing conditions rather than damage caused by the cleaning process.

Water Intrusion

Customers are responsible for ensuring all windows and doors are securely closed before service.

Florida Wave Wash is not responsible for water intrusion resulting from improperly sealed windows, doors, vents, light fixtures, electrical equipment, or existing structural defects.

Photography

Florida Wave Wash may photograph or video the property before, during, and after service for documentation, insurance purposes, training, quality control, and marketing. Personal identifying information will not be intentionally disclosed without permission.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee, not to exceed the maximum amount permitted by Florida law.

Customers may avoid this fee by paying via ACH on the invoice or paying with Zelle or cash at time of service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Limitation of Liability

Florida Wave Wash will exercise reasonable care while performing services. However, our liability for any claim arising from services performed shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Florida Wave Wash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of business, diminished property value, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal cleaning processes, or conditions beyond our reasonable control. Under no circumstances shall Florida Wave Wash's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

Florida Wave Wash reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect on the date service is performed shall govern the agreement.
